Holy shit back in high school, our coach made us do these exercises lolz... I kept doing it during my college years after each warm-up, honestly, my legs felt good so I kept doing it but never knew their purposes lolz... had many great seasons playing competitively and semi-pro leagues, still playing great tills this day and I'm in my 40s!!! do these kids!!!
