An "everything app" isnt an original idea. WeChat is an everything app in China, it's the only way people pay for things, it's instant messaging, it has a wall/feed section like twitter, and then you can download all kinds of extra extensions within the app. I didn't use many when I lived there, but I had ones for ordering food, TaoBao the Chinese equivalent of Amazon, Taxi services, booking flights, and then silly little things like a step counter that compares with everyone else in your contacts each day. It's not a stupid idea, because it's not original, a giant country already does this, and Elon definitely knows that.
