    Shocked.. Surprised for the irresponsible support services of the Air Asia Airlines staff as well as of the Bajaj Allianz Insurance support services..
    No compensation confirmed so far..
    Very sad and an exceptional experience ..
    But I expect something very positive on the strong belief on God..💐🙏

    Why do people think Airline staff is responsible for everything?! Every airline aims to fly on time, and the staff has only as much information that they are given. How can they allow a flight to take off if there is a technical glitch. They are not gods that they know pre hand that the flight will get cancelled.
    Its understandable that its very inconvenient, but everyone needs to understand that screaming and shouting and creating a scene in front of the staff is not acceptable and very inhuman, they are just doing their job! Go complain to the management and DGCA etc.

    Please tweet on their handle. They take twitter more seriously. Tell your friends n family to retweet it. Ask for compensation n they have to give it. You will have to put up good fight but don't let them be

    Hi di, my husband once was travelling for work and the airline staff told him that the flight is full and there is no space. Then he got aggressive with them because he had his meetings and conferences planned and he can’t afford to cancel them. Then when he got aggressive the airlines refunded his money back and they also booked another flight 5hrs later for free of cost with additional cash for being apologetic. You can always try reaching the customer support or the airlines support they might help you.
    I am feeling very bad to hear this, don’t worry di Bhagwan jo karta hai acche ke liye he karata hai. ❤

    Only air Aisa and that insurance company may help you regarding this.if you have done that trip insurance you may go through their terms and conditions.goibebo may not take any stand as the have already given you the confirmed bookings.i have heard that air Asia is already merged with air india express.

    Yes Neelam…. It’s better that you didn’t board that flight….my feeling is that any kind of structural damage to the plane due to bird hit or something is very scary!!!! And my suggestion to you is in future also whenever you fly abroad always always give preference to a reputed international airline and also
    28:30keep one or two days extra in hand on your first port of arrival…. Jo hota hai achhe ke liye hota hai… I know disappointment happens…. And yes one more thing is that August is a very busy time due to students travelling abroad so maybe best in December…. CHEER UP NOW ❤❤

    Neelem Di mei yahi Vadodara se hu, And I like u very much.. Di mujhe sun k yeh sab Rona aa raha tha.. Mujhe bahut hurt hua aap nahi ja paye.. par di ho sakta hai aap vaha jate or kuch bada bura hota better hai aap sab thik hai.. Aage bhagwan ne isse achhi trip plan ki hai aapke liye.. M single mother mere husband corona me off ho gaye bacho k saath yahi Vadodara me akale rehti hu.. achhi job ki talash me hu.. well love u❤

    Even spicejet is like that.. we reached airport then we came to know flight is cancelled..though it was domestic flight. Still its not worth it . Its better to pay a bit extra and book better airlines

    Jaan bachi lakhon paaye! Birds hit is serious issue and airlines cannot take risk. The way they provided information is not correct but better that they shut down flight otherwise midway if issues arise then it would be lethal.🙏 Try raising complaint with consumer court.

    I flew by Turkish Airlines from Delhi to Houston via Istanbul n u know on way to Houston from Istanbul, they served me n my co passenger beef, n wen v both objected, they were downright rude….. 14 hours from Istanbul to Houston v remained hungry, me being diabetic…. Horrendous experience

    Sorry to hear about your bad experiences. Please be advised there are 2 types of travel insurance policies- Medical Emergency Insurance the other one is All Inclusive Insurance. For short trips always buy All Inclusive Travel Insurance. Try to contact your Credit Card Company too because your purchase/service provider failed you. Once again very sorry and disappointed for your experience.

    File a case in the consumer forum. My husband faced the same situation, and the next morning he registered a complaint to the consumer forum and mailed that to both the airline and make my trip.
    He got a full refund.

    Aaj kal, iss type ke issues kafhi badh gaye hain. Ye sab government ka failure hai. Flight delay, cancel, sab airlines ki margi chal rahi hai. Govt. ko strict action lene chahiye, tabhi in airlines par check lag sakta hai. Par action kon lega? Sab airlines amiro ki hain, unke against kon bolega? Jo paisa aap logo ko compensation me milna chahiye , wo paisa govt. Ko bribe me milega aur sab changa.

    Pehle toh Neelam joh hota hain acche ke liye hota .....I always take indigo.Never took Air Asia.Oh great acko refuse to compensate Aree sabhi airlines asse hi hain .. they don't ask even for a glass of water.Pls tell us y acko didn't compensate you..kya reason diya.Acko should have as their insurance speaks of it....put a case with consumer redressal.Acko is also on Indigo than is such scenario waha bhi nahin compensate hoga.Ideally Air Asia should have arranged for another flight....kya extra flight nahin thee.DUSSRA ALL SHOULD SKIP ACKO INSURANCE COMPLETELY EVEN THEY ARE CHEATING.
    SORRY U GUYS HAD TO FACE SO MUCH..I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO YUR HOLIDAYS.KOI NAI ..LET ME KNOW WHATS YUR PLAN NOW.❤❤I think we can take our own plan insurance lot of good insureres are there but skip acko.THIS IS AN EYE OPENER ....

I've faced similar challenges during my travels within the US, spending a fortune on rebooking and even missing connecting flights and shuttles to my final destination. It was a frustrating experience that taught me a valuable lesson. After encountering these issues, I decided to totally avoid third-party bookings altogether. As you pointed out, booking directly through the airline's website offers greater security and often results in better customer service. Thank you for sharing your experience.     Foreign trips are always special especially when it's your first...
    Don't worry.. They will compensate for your tickets. But mentally it's exhausting experience.
    Many Ola drivers are asking the passengers to pay for parking fees. At the time of airport pickup. It's common fraud by them . Some action should be taken against them. I have also suffered from paying parking fees extra.

    It's deeply troubling to see the lack of humanity in our society today. It's a disgrace to live in a country that not only fails to stand up for its people but also allows scam insurance companies to thrive, with IRDA merely existing in name. It feels like we have no real rights to defend ourselves, which is why, despite decades of progress, India remains 'developing' since the day I was born until now, after entering the workforce. If it were someone influential, justice would have been served. But because we're just ordinary people, our voices and struggles are ignored.
