You can request numbing during deep cleaning. It costs a bit more but not a lot. The reason why there's no gurgling with water is hygiene. Many of our practices may seem cold or even cruel, but they have a good reason behind them.
Hi ms. Julie. Was actually surprised about the suction machine, kasi ang alam ko sa pinas ay suction na din ang ginagamit! I visited several clinics in the Philippines that use suction, but I just learned now na hindi pa pala lahat. Actually both, suction and a glass of water. Anyway, iba iba pa din siguro ang preference ng dentists. Thanks for this video! 💖
Dental healthcare insurance coverage isn't so great sadly, in Nordic countries. Although, once I had a 40 degree fever from a bad cavity, and walked into the emergency care, they did a root canal right away.
Suction naman din dito ah. Mas ok pa nga un kasi to prevent ung talsik and tulo ng laway na magdrip sa mukha mo while the dentist does the procedure. But they will alllow to gargle after then they will apply a flouride sa teeth which you are not allowed to drink nor eat within 30 mins, the least. Old school ung walang suction.
Ok lng naman po sakn ung 1 hr after ng cleaning, kaso ung during the cleaning na hnd makadura and makamumog, dun ako medyo naEew.. though I've heard na ganun din pala tlaga sa ibang dentist sa pinas 😁☺️
That inaudible part he says "...lähtee ne ikenet paranemaan tota noin hurjaa vauhtia ja tota..." 😁 "Tota noin" is just a meaningless filler expression. Suction machine has been used always when I have been on a dentist, since you are lying flat there and all those dentist's devices are over your face, isn't it cumbersome to have to rise up to spit out the saliva many times during the visit? Especially if your teeth are treated in some way that requires not touching them while some chemical is applied on the teeth, how could the client then spit out anything without messing up the treatment?
Well I'm not here to make bad comparisons. I just noticed the difference and just expressing my experience. 😄 Ja tottakai ei koko ajan noustaan sylkemään, vaa ku on tarvetta.. ja vaa syljetää pois kertynyt vedet ja syljet... the dentist won't allow anyone to spit out after some "chemical" are already applied 😉 Nyt selvis et imu tapa käytetään myöskin kotimaassa... en vaa koskaan kokeillut 🙈
FYI- I can't understand you half of the time. Why don't you make a video for whoever else you are talking to and a video for English speakers. It's annoying in what would probably be good content, otherwise
Yea, I'd hear a few English words and then it sounded like the recording speed went real fast until I realized you were speaking in another language and that's when I guessed you were repeating yourself in a different language. I guess you weren't talking English at all.. @@julieallidemvlogs

i had my fillings done like 20yrs ago in Manila & suction was used in the process. maybe it depends on the procedure?
