Beautiful country, with beautiful people's but alas very limited job opportunities i wish to pursue my masters in drug development at University of Turku but, how's it gonna benifit me if there are no jobs in pharma field in Finland.

The University of Turku would perhaps be your best place to inquire about the job prospects or scientific research options in Finland after graduation from that field - they also have Career Services for their students sites.utu.fi/rekry/en/. To add to that, local language skills would of course be an asset when looking for employment, so it's a good idea to start learning Finnish or Swedish alongside with your subject studies.
