Man I inhereted my grandparents homestead and the the brick house is really nice just needs removal of the 70s style! Got a nice shop bout the size of yours. But with his good stuff and all my stuff.. welders, CNC table, tool chests, milling machine, metal lathes, horizontal band saw and a shit ton of everything else.
