- (Sold)This 1958 Impala looks like it was a great old car before it was disassembled for a frame off restoration. The odometer shows 33,000 miles and there is some paperwork that came with the car that does support that and the condition of the original interior and the parts also lead me to believe that is correct!!!!
This car has been completely disassembled, but it does look like it is pretty much all there an the parts were pretty much all boxed and marked as the car came apart! The parts all look really good. The interior is not perfect, but considering these seats and door panels appear to be the original ones from 1958, they still look pretty darn good! The body did have a little rust in it, but any rust that was found in the body already has new metal in it!!! This car does still have its 348 with a powerglide transmission. It was also equipped with factory power steering and brakes, it even has a factory wonderbar radio!!!
This car is going to take some work to finish, but it is an amazing project car. If the car doesn't sell within a reasonable amount of time as a project, I will start parting it out. Just give me a call if you have any questions!!!! Thanks, Chad 620-786-4428

If you have questions about vehicles or parts, the only way to get a hold of me is to call me, 8 AM-8 PM CST, no texts, no e-mails, no messenger, no smoke signals, calls only.
If I don’t answer, I’m probably on the phone with someone else and if you don’t leave me a message, I just assume you're another telemarketer trying to sell me an extended warranty! LOL!
If you comment, message, text, e-mail, etc., don't expect me to find it and don't expect an answer. Thanks for watching, Chad 620-786-4428 - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
That would be an absolute shame if that car got parted out. I can’t believe you are even considering parting it out - my gosh. Give your head a shake.
Agreed.
No use in following this guy if he parts it out!
The best cars seem to fall into the wrong hands too many times. Part this car out?! WTF?!
You can't seriously be thinking of parting that out, that would be an excellent project for someone that loves these cars, all those parts belong together.
It's people like him who make the old school cars prices go up . only to make money to part it out dum . right if you want to buy it all for big money . That's y people on market place asking crazy money for there junk .
Everything is not about money to part it out , if you a real car guy you would let someone else enjoy the car this is a gem.
That's one hell of a find Don't party out, put the project up for sale and i'm quite sure somebody will buy it.
What a find for the 58. My dream car, Always wanted one. She needs to be built, I would not part it out .
one of the coolest puzzles you could ever hope to put together! ....SAVE IT!!
I would love to see that car put back together! All original 👌
That's a level 9 big kid model kit! What an awesome find!
I would say you're a very lucky man.
The 58 is a favorite of mine! Smooth Rounded lines with that big ole truck Motor AKA 348 ci V8. I’d love to see this project completed.
A big M o d e l k I t. Congratulations
What a find, good for you Chad. Will be a great starter project if you sell it. Might be hard to do, as it screams 'Keeper'!
Well i bought a new 58 Chevy Impala convertable when they first came out.
It was red with a black convertable top.
It had the large engine with a 4 barrel, and the automatic transmission.
Also power steering and brakes.
I paid $3250 for it.
The seats were exactly the same as the seats on this car as for the upolstery.
I had a 55 Chevy hard top Bel Air, but had the desire for a convertible.
I sold the 55 and was going to buy a new 57 convertable.
However the dealer who was also a family member told me to hold off because of a new body style coming in 58.
Im really glad i took his advise as i believe the 58 is the nicest chevy ever produced.
Lots of work but a beautiful car
You are a very lucky man. The 58 champion lmpala is a very rare car to this very day.and a ICON
Ohh my sweet golden goodness in one place
One of my friends in high school had a pretty new one. 1958 Red Chevy Impala, 2 door hard top, 348ci V8, tri-power, three speed manual. One of the first muscle cars.
I will be watching with baited breath to see the future of this amazing find.
Growing up in Iowa a friend that I made had a 58 Delray 348 3+2 barrels police interceptor motor black ⚫️. Beautiful
Car.
Holy man if everything’s there it’ll sell as complete and in the shape of the body is in for half a mil
Awesome Bones and you see everything it is!!!Nothing Really Hidden,This should be Easier to Sell Than Water to someone stranded in the middle of the Desert that got a pocket full of $100’s
If I had the cash right now, I'd be contact with you. Unfortunately, elderly care is expensive. Good luck with the car.
58 Chevs are such a great looking car, ya just gotta have deep pockets to restore one of these but well worth the time money and effort .
What a great find, hopefully someone puts this car back together.
I had 5 fifty eight Impalas at one time in the 1990s . black, pink, green, white , and red. One of them was very rare 348 3 carbs and a very rare factory borg warner 4 speed. The only one I have ever seen. I sold it to a man around Chicago. I have the factory assembly manuel that shows how to put the four speed and shifter in the car. I restored a black one with a new interior kit. the rest of them I sold to be restored. I still have a 348 4 barrel engine that is all 58 that needs rebuilt. You have a very hard car to restore I hope you have the back window it only fits the Impala and bonneville pontiac and it took me two days just to get the back window back in the car. You could not get a back window anywhere. All my cars had one. And if you need any trim outside or inside your screwed. I found very little in ten years. good luck.
Amazing find. Hope it goes to a good home.
So sad, a mans unfinished dream, he thought he had time...God Lord thought otherwise.
Great find I hope someone buys it and puts it back together
Nice project for someone...
My Dad had an 58 impala tri power when he was younger, he has passed now but spent his whole life looking for another, he had to sell it because of a child on the way(Me) in 68 . hard to believe that I changed his world and he spent thw rest of his life trying to get it back. Congratulations on your find I wish all the best for you in the future.
Part it out ?? You are kidding, right ??
Sweet find! My head hurts on reassembly tho. Good Luck with the rebuild, I'd be 20 years working on it!!!😅
What an amazing find!!
Only Chevy that I didn't own from 55-59 but I did own a 58 Ford. I always wanted a 58 Beilair 2 door Impla, I thought they were so classy looking. My first car was a 56 Chevy convertible.
That is a great find for sure…
Awesome find 👍
That car needs to go back together!
Nice find!
that car was to nice to take apart
It has the potential to be well over a 100k car
Great show keep up the amazing work be safe my friends God bless all
You don't deserve it if you're going to part it out 😮
I watched a video awhile back where someone restored the American Graffiti 58 impala back to the condition it was in with all the damage from the movie intact.
Nice 😊😊😊😊
This car needs restoration.its too nice.
In all that is holy dont part this out. you found an absolute gem finding all original parts in that kind of condition and in that interior color. There are 58 impalas selling for 100k or more. you will never make that much parting it out. I'd keep that instead of the majority of the stuff you have in the background.
Good looking Project. Unless you overpaid for the car, it's no gamble to gold mine.
It would be a disservice to partout a complete low milage car. Lowrider community would pay a fair price and build better than new.
Anybody that would part this out is not a car guy for sure.
Is this 58 being sold ? If yes where are you located, how much are you asking ? Please advise
Shoot me a price for car and parts.. hopefully, you found all its parts.
My favorite of the Impala....they are just different.... What you going to do with it 😎.....do a 😃👍 giveaway and make me the winner 🏆The last one I put together was a 49 Chevy... and I know you are saying that isn't an Impala...But it was partial....me and my brother put it on 1994 Impala SS rolling chassis... LT1 and All....I sure would love to own it....
I’m puzzled as to why someone would do a frame off on a 33k mile car. There was rust through damage repaired that you pointed out on the quarters, rockers and doors. Plus I doubt the bumpers were rechromed because the insides showed surface rust and the outsides were nice…when rechroming the entire part would have been done. I’m thinking more like a well taken care of 133k mile car. Just my opinion but this is a nice car for sure.
You would get a fail. Driving with your wrist. Lazy, I bailed out. St.Paul,Minnesota.
Chad, how much for the Impala? I've keenly interested.
My big question is why was it dismantled in the first place the body repair I saw if I'm correct could have been done without blowing it all apart like that? If it was mine it would never be parted out no way no how it would be reassembled with tender loving care even if it took me 5 years. I would redo the interior and get rid of that ugly gold.
Please restore this beautiful car!!!! Do not part it out!!!!!!!!! How much do you want for it????????????
If you part it out as you sell parts the value of the car will drop. Why would you part out such a nice complete car? Great video i did enjoy it. Pls dont part it out.
Im old, when I pass what will they find, grow tent, vape carts, seeds, a few vape batteries, they will be surprised 🤣😂🤣
I have a correct '58-only wheel for sale if anyone is looking for one.
Curiosity about how much it would take to purchase?
Hes asking 45K
😂
Hey there sir, I’m in the Kansas area looking for a good but affordable restoration place. Any recommendations for a 1964 Impala?
don,t see to many 58,s anymore
I didnt see any windshield or back glass... Did I miss them?
The 29 minute mark.
I see your notes on this actual basket (Box) case ‘58 Chevy. Notes on Calling you for inquiries on purchase. What are you asking $$$$ wise for this basket case?
I would sell it like it is on the web. THEN go out and buy what you REALLY want. Hold it for ransom.
Why would you buy something like that and not restore it and keep it and or run it across an auction like say Barrett-Jackson . It's quite obvious he can afford it?
what exactly did you pay for this jigsaw puzzle?
If your trying to be a TH-camr, and don't plan on building it out, tell us now so we can go follow someone else's build!
Sounds like he's advertising for a buyer to make a quick profit..... with all the cars in the background, no passion to build?
What’s the number to buy it ?
last
Would have never put the car back on the frame until it was panted the color you decided the color you wanted it to be Big mistake unless you decided too triple you money and part it As that happens too alot of them lets face it we don't live forever
dont answer comments
Nice 58 great find
