there are no separate difficulty indices for impacted maxillary 3rd molar and canine..in case of maxillary 3rd molars, factors need to be considered includes angulation of impacted teeth, amount of bone covering, root curvature, crown locking against second molars...regarding maxillary canine, will make a video
