One handed hertas are actually way easier than they seem
i love how he sees an 11:6 for the first time and gets it immediately

動画で使っているOff world のパッドが一番おすすめですが、屋内(特に家)などでの練習はRaise Percussion のシリコンパッドをおすすめします。Musicmartというマーチングマーケットでオレンジと青のパッドが販売していると思います。是非。
