Hi Jennifer, my Vietnamese wife and I have been married for over 2 years. She recently got approved for her VISA and i guess will be given her green card also? How would I find out my rights as a U.S. citizen if she comes here and it doesn't work out? Will I lose half of my belongings like in a domestic divorce? I live in Ohio. Thanks in advance

What if you were duped, never lived together or commingled funds? My x was granted the 10 year and dipped. Plus he had a 204c bar with a prior girlfriend? So he never should have came here in the first place…your thoughts please?

Hello Jennifer After filling and submitting the DS 260 form, I realized that I made a spelling error in my mother's name. I have not yet scheduled an interview date, how can I correct this? I know that I have asked you a question that is off topic, but please give me your advice 🙏🏼Thank you

      Hello, @lanteTV1,
The DS-260 form “locks” once it is submitted, which is a little stressful when you discover there’s an error like this. Fortunately, what you are describing is not a serious error in our experience. You should be able to easily correct the information at your interview by telling the officer about the mistake.

      Hello,
I am really sorry that you’re going through this difficult experience. USCIS will be legally obligated to review all of the evidence in your case and make a determination unless you and your wife both agree to withdraw the application. It is not possible for us to advise you in this forum about how you should proceed, but if you would like to schedule a consultation, we would be happy to review your situation with you and discuss your options and likely outcomes.
