In this video I'll be sharing Vegetable Dum Biryani Recipe by Mrs. Norien

Ingredients :-
Oil 200ml
Fried onion 100gram
Potato 300gram
Salt 2 teaspoon according to taste
Beans 250gram
Peas 200gram
Carton 250gram
Cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1
Ginger garlic paste 4 teaspoon
Red chili powder half teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
Green Chili 8-10 according to taste
Caraway seeds 2/4 Teaspoon
Cloves 2
Tomato 3 pieces
Mint leaves 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 3 lemon
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
Garamasala powder ¼ teaspoon
Curd 200gram
Baby fenugreek leaves 2 bunch
Water 2 liter
Cinnamon 1
Cardamom 3
Cloves 4
Caraway seeds 3 pinch
Salt 4 teaspoon
Mint leaves -10-15
Basmati rice Half Kg
Saffron yellow food color 1 pinch
Garamasala 2 pinch

I t was a bit complicated to follow for a novice cook... Too many ingredients. But after watching couple of times n taking notes list of ingredients it was manageable.
