I was one of those kids who didn't know about rolling shield's true power and went through all four sub-tanks maxed out with max health and still couldn't beat final sigma with pink shots. I also didn't know about the armor upgrade, though. Didn't know about the pre-zero buster upgrade capsule either, but that's pretty irrelevant to the final sigma fight.

This is one of the best megaman games I've seen a speed run of because there are very few glitches used. He seems to just be playing the game very well with a few simple exploits thrown in. Compare this to the speed run of the first megaman game where they are zipping through walls and skipping half the stages. This is way more fun to watch. That's just me however. I know some people like to see hilariously broken games. That's fine.

I personally like a mixture of the two. If they use glitches just for funsies even if it's actually not optimal then that's even better for me. That shows the runner's personality
