This was an absolutely terrific, easy to understand explanation without being dumbed down at all. Thank you.

Great video! I recently have been learning about CSF after the algorithm brought me to videos on how cervical spine instability can lead to posture that obstructs brain drainage.
Basically for the last week since making that connection I have totally changed the way I sit stand walk eat etc. After a few days I felt totally different, my head totally decompressed, maybe for the first time in my life, because I've never felt this clear minded.
One of the more interesting consequences of this is I can swallow with significantly more force. I think since my head was pressurized my trigeminal nerve was compromised and now it's signalling has improved.
    Anyways, (gross warning)
when I swallow now for the past couple days while massaging my neck and face, I can feel something drain. At first I thought it was snot, but now I think it might be a lifetime of backed up lymphatic fluid.
    Weirdest week of my life

It’s amazing, isn’t it Joshua! I’ve had a chilling, similar experience! If fact, draining of my brain’s Lymphatic/Glymphatic system saved my life!
I woke one day (but I’d lost 2 days) after feeling weird for a week+! I had encephalitis! One of my horses died from it shortly after my recovery!
I think I would have too, if I wasn’t introduced to a machine that saved my life! I had just become a rep and was still learning about it. While using it, I felt the entire system open inside my head, and it drained all the enormous, trapped, liquid pressure out! I could feel it under my skin too, and it almost felt like someone was pouring warm liquid over & inside my head, down to my subclavian lymph ducts ( in upper thoracic region of chest). This machine MOVES LYMPHATIC FLUID! I’m a Lymphatic Detoxification Therapist because of this! This class 1 medical device is miraculous on the entire body in countless applications! Moving Lymphatic fluid speeds up healing by moving waste out of the body and allowing the healing properties and nourishment to cells. I can’t imagine living without this machine for what it does and has accomplished in so many healing experiences in thousands of people!

WOWW!!! You are terrific at explaining. I cannot believe you taught this so well. I enjoy how you showed illustrations to make your points; keep on using this technique because it helps people visualize what is going on. I love you! May God bless you; you are making these videos to help us all :)

How exactly does the vagus nerve connect to the CSF? For example, I've heard it said that vagus nerve stimulation can help with brain washing?!

Always nice when you tie in the physiology and anatomy with current research on how to support the process being described.

And when one chooses to add this info to the spiritual aspect of their lives it really ties many connections together. To each their own but how surprising it has been for me experiencing more satisfaction and less internal friction when having to make choices I'm not used to, but that are beneficial to my health 😁. It's a grind telling myself no to smoking and sugar. But I'm getting closer to the goal with the blessing of such channels, info, as this one! ☺️ Who's maybe one day I'll come back to this channel and the spiritual side will be another part of all of this. IMO it's beneficial on multiple levels literally dimensionally figuratively physically etc etc LOL to know oneself in ALL ways. Before and after the decision to take on one's existence responsibilities (for gen summary of such a dense topic) it can be very interesting to learn this aspect of self, especially when introduced synchronisticly. I seem to land where I need to be to get a jump on my journey lol info wise.
Ok, thx to whoever read this lol. It feels good to get it out sometimes, especially when you are a beginner like me hehe. In Oneness and Love to All! Thank you to this channel!!
