I know rebounding on a mini-trampoline helps the flow of the lymphatic system, would it also help the glymphatic system? Rebounding is so good I have to get back to it. I would gently jump 5-10 a day with my feet barely even or not even leaving the trampoline and it would feel as good as an hour's exercising session. Over time, it helped to give me more energy too. I would love for you to discuss this. Combined with WFPB, it is great!
I'm autistic. I've always slept at least 9 hours a night. I believe it's related to autism and ADHD exhausting me, especially my brain. Maybe folks with AuDHD et al are susceptible to dementia too. I'm 78 and do not show any cognitive decline. At least as far as I can remember. Haha.
I’m ADHD and been a chronic insomniac since I was a toddler. Most people I know with ADHD have insomnia although they say that it causes sleep disorders in 50%. I wish I could get 7 hours sleep much less 8 or 9. You’re very lucky. ♥️
my 1980 and 1982 babies both preferred to sleep on their backs. The doctor always gave me a bad time about it. I laughed out loud when I heard the news years later that back sleeping was safer than tummy down sleeping for infants.
Why are other videos on sleep saying to sleep on our Left side? This video mentions right once and its over as a topic. What about right brain controlling left side and vice versa? What about Logical Left being fed from the Right and Creative Right from the Left? More Qs than As.
He mentions that it's because of the jugular being restricted on left side. So, blood flow that enacts the flow of the fluid is therefore reduced. You did actually listen to ALL of the podcast didn't you. He does actually explain it fairly well.
B12 isn't dangerous or even toxic to "overdose" on. You'd just be wasting money. Maybe skip a day here and there to make the week work out with "optimum" dosage. Takes blood tests to really know how much you are actually absorbing. HTH
Well this is bad news for me. After my husband got sick, then died, then my mum, dad, friend, niece all passed every six months after losing my husband, now my husbands service animal is sick...I have not slept more than 3-4 hours per night in 8 years. When I do sleep those few hours it's on my back.
Why do all of these videos give me anxiety.. hearing that arteries stiffen as we age totally bums me out lol there is a balance between caring enough and caring too much and i suck at it
It’s better to know than not to. Then you can make better choices. If more knowledge did not mean we could do anything about it, I wouldnt want to know either
The arteries of those who don't eat like Americans do not stiffen as we age. Their blood pressure goes down as they get older. Population studies in remote Africa have shown this. Those folks who live beyond the reach of the "convenience" of buying processed food and fizzy sugar water everywhere they go have amazing health. Sadly the most of the planet is fixated on eating the things sold to them by the industry, and not eating for health. Good luck getting a handle on all this. Best news all week: YOUR arteries do not have to stiffen with age, it's mostly a matter of what we eat.
@@wadepatton2433 yay hopefully you are right, I really haven't been eating healthy for a year or so but hopefully when I escape depression and anxiety from quitting smoking and I eat properly it will reverse any damage I'm doing, probably another year of fast food reliance yet tho, major depressive disorder is a living hell
I will get the book from the library, but I want to buy it when I can as well. I want your whole collection!
Bonus points for telling people to get the new book from the library 🥦❤

Do you wake up a couple times or able to mostly sleep straight 9 hrs?

Please do a interview/conversation with Bryan Johnson and his blue print protocol! :)
I think the toxic waste byproducts come out in my dreams.. Some are real hum dingers...
Thanks
I seek to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.
I live in Holland and can only find 1000 IU b12 and 3000 IU or IE so is that to much????

B12 is commonly sold in mg. 3000 mg is ok to take once per week. Here I found 1000 mg B12 so I take it 3 times per week
Oh no. The President of the Portuguese Republic boasts about sleeping 5 hours a day. Yes, unfortunatly, he behaves accordingly.
WHAT. Should I do 5 hours or 7. Not more than 8 or should I sleep 9 hours. How about I sleep till I wake up and go to work. Is that enough.
0:43 how’d scientists figure that out? That’s why I don’t like “trusting science”, honestly.
