Nice kitchen/awkward dining. Nice master bath, awkward master bedroom. I'm generally a fan of open plan but I find I'm tiring of living rooms that just "float" in the space or are in the middle of traffic flow.

I wonder if that is the reason Tarek divorced her??? She is such a negative nancy and so overrated. Love Tarek though!

If you’re doing nice fixtures, they can cost, that also includes installation
