Totally agree about acknowledging your past mistakes and accepting them. The whole point is to move on. I’m getting married soon and although my family was always chaotic and there were abuse and drug problems involved, as well as mental illness and such, after all of it I truly just want to move on with my man and create a family of my own. To live and love in peace. But that won’t be completely possible without me moving past the trauma and bad memories. I’m tired of running from them. 😩 Need to accept who I was in those moments, who I wanted to become, that will affect how I’ll see myself in the future. Accept the fault that I had, but also accept the wrongdoing of other family members without damaging myself over it. And not obsessing over the past anymore! That’s what I got from this video. Very grateful for the message. I am definitely ready for a glow up. More so a mental one than a physical one. ☝️ Love the video, your accent makes it even more relaxing! ☺️❤
Thank you Ankita, I needed this reminder today about being grateful for what I have instead of complaining about things! Wise words about planning for the future too. Wishing you health and happiness in the next year and beyond ❤
I love your idea of sitting and writing down how you'd like to glow up for 2025, I'll do it myself as well, thank you for the advice! wishing you a great year ahead Ankita ❤
I hope 2025 is better for me. I'm still unmarried. It's been 20 years of "almosts" romantically and 3 years emotionally invested in someone who wore a mask. I'm pissed off, sad, and exhausted from this struggle. Going without love for that long does something psychologically. I wish God would give me a chance or just take me.
Long videos are great Ankita, don’t worry! I would like to know if you have suggestions for turning Indian dishes into something lighter, or healthy meals into something as tasty as Indian food, let’s say. My boyfriend hates vegetables but he needs to eat better for his health and I’m at a loss because I just love anything green. I’d like to cater to his palate more but I’m Italian and the cooking styles are pretty different! I wish you the best in your glow up.
Since I'm not fond of vegetables, i mix it with nonveg dishes, so i eat them as well. You can try chopping the vegetables in smaller pieces or smash them or blending them in a paste (i have seen a spinach pasta recipe where they blended the spinach and turned it into a sauce). TH-cam has some great recipes. Spices is what makes indian food taste good. Try out different spice mix from indian grocery stores, and also add less oil while cooking. I nowadays add 1-2 tsp instead of 1-2 tbsp.
Im sorry that most of this year wasnt great for you🫂 same with me. I truly hope 2025 is much better for you, beautiful. Thank you for the videos & advice 🥰 Sending love ❤️
Thankyou for this video, i love listening to you, so next year I'm hoping my mother survives her breast cancer also my uncle who has cancer all over his body, my nanna passed away this year and I lost 2 jobs from sickness but I'm going into the next year with optimism, hope & finding joy in small things. My big, loyal dog that makes us smile and laugh everyday. My husband who works hard in a warehouse to pay the bills. We will get a blow up pool and put fairy lights under the portable gazebo and sit in it at night listening to music with a few drinks. Cheers to the ones we lost along the way & cheers to the lucky people we will meet in the future ❤🎉
Thanks. My skin is improving as I'm improving my diet n skincare. Also, in this video, i applied tinted lip balm and the sunlight is falling directly on my face, so it is making my face extra bright. 😁
Ankita, I can tell you are losing weight! I can very much see it in your face and neck. You look fantastic, keep up your good work and you will surely achieve your goals! 😊
Others celebrating the end of the year while I'm hoping I have the strength to not blow my brains out... ffs I'm not gonna a last many more years I fear.. idk.
I don't know what you're going through. But I hope you make the best out of your life. Being grateful has helped me cope with whatever was lacking in my life. Instead of being sad about what i don't have, i just focus on what i can do with my life, and that has helped me a lot. 🙂

You Glow different when You Grow Different 💯💯
You look beautiful. I was thinking how vibrant you look now. Less sad. Or depressed.
Yes. Sadness definitely dulls our skin.
