I will have a video for you next week with the progress. They are building 18 floorplans right now. It looks like September for grand opening.
That monthly event is well put together and growing. I can only imagine what it will be like when the community gets going.
Is this community going to be CDD ? HOA? And what will be the price?when can we start buying?
I would say yes to CDD but not sure, and for sure an HOA.
