Thanks a millions for saving me time and possible damage. I can't understand the idiots at HP who design a laptop so awkward and crappy. Why do we have to pick the entire laptop apart to replace a harddrive? Thanks again for saving the day.

Thanks. Only thing I would add is there are a bunch of snaps on the top and the bottom that need a pretty good yank to come off. I kept worrying I misses a screw and was going to break something.
