It's tippy until you break rear traction. So counterintuitively, the less traction in the corners, the faster you can go. Otherwise it goes over if trying to drive it in any 'sane' way.

So in America, they got rid of 3 wheelers like the Honda 200x and 250r due to safety concerns which was bullshit and here the Italians are racing these 3 wheeled beast!!! Ya, it's time we bring back the loved 3 wheelers.
If it has wheels and an engine, there's a racing series for it. I think the italians and the brits have that in common :)

@1:25 there was a typo there methinks. standard ape 50's do not have 20hp. They have 2. Well, 2.2.. that extra 0.2hp matters.
