I'm hooked on khao soi, I just got back to the US from southeast Asia and I've already started making my own. Now, I just need to find where I can buy some of that Isaan style sausage. I'm looking at Laos for my next trip to Asia. Thanks for the vid.
that's cool you can made your own khao soi, I hope your had a great time on holiday in SeAsia and hope you make it again in the future, yea sausage is one of the common dish/food in Asia,.I guess Laos sausage must be similar with Laos sausage as they share many similar food and language , I like one from Laos literally most of sausage in Sesaia.
