@@hussmeister haha, coconuts are shipped from Mexico or South America and sitting somewhere for weeks/months before they’re grated. Mangoes also come from the same areas… and you know, you just know when a fruit is ripened, picked, and served within hours/days TASTE like the fruit it is!! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed cutting up a ripe papaya from the grocery store… there’s absolutely no taste 😞 taste like it was picked from a tree weeks ago just as it was turning yellow and sat somewhere before being shipped. I remember as a kid and into adulthood drinking OJ from a jug bought at the grocery store, then traveling to Portugal and Spain, seeing orange groves, and having freshly squeezed OJ with my breakfast at my hotel!! Omiiigawd, it’s like drinking it for the very first time 😂 so then I kept going back to the juice bar, watch the guy cut up one orange at a time, place it on the vessel, and push down on the lever to squeeze. Haha, you know what I’m talking about, Hussmeister!
@@travelingkakabsat boy oh boy! You might need to go south to Florida or Socal to taste some nice fruit. I can see the passion in your words…you really need that vacation. A month in south east Asia somewhere will really help. ☺️🙏🏽
Wow I love this video AM LIKE THAT CAFE GUY : LoVE THOSE BAKERY AND THE AMAZING RIVER. I WANT TO BE HERE, LUANG PRABANG. WONDER IF IT IS EASY and cheap to get accommodation. Am from Malaysia. Lau
Hello my friend 👋🏼 Laos is a great place and I hope you visit soon. I paid $10USD a night for my accomodation at a guesthouse near the Mekong River. Check Agoda to find the hotel options.

You’ve packed alot in to a single day. Great itinerary there 👍🏼

Zacky is quite a character. Was he actually an employee or just an enthusiastic local?
I think Zacky was abit of both. He was definitely helping at the cafe and he even had time to chat and star in the video ☺️
Luang Prabang is an ancient city.
Yes my friend. A very beautiful ancient city ☺️🇱🇦
Thai Issan people are ethnic Lao. They speak the same language as Lao people.
Thank you for the great information my friend 🙏🏽☺️🇱🇦
Thank you for your money tip
Big note in one pocket and small in another.
