Very bad quality plastic. Arrived already cracked, and cracks in time by itself as all plastic flashlights from Boruit.

Sorry to hear that! If it came that way maybe it was a shipping issue? Mine is great, and seems very durable a few months in. I actually dropped it off my ladder this past weekend putting up Halloween decorations.
