@@XoiXiLofon Nah, this guy was an extremely skilled player in a bunch of old school games ( and had been playing this game for about 6-7 years on and off). A lot of his strategies were extremely helpful in routing this game, especially in the 1st loop.

This lets you switch to laser just before the sixth boss; laser makes that boss a lot easier and will get you a better time bonus.
power wise it's the weakest red spread shooters covers space... missles add power blue laser delivers power... homing missiles add cover plasma can do both but doesn't have the power of the other 2. notice how he uses the spread against bosses. plasma beam won't kill the bigguns as quickly
@@frankystrings , not if it is at full power. Also, the way that I play the game, I trap enemies inside of that beam, thus ruining them in all manner of ways, and it also does a damn good job in neutralizing projectiles that can be neutralized.

I used to love playing this! this version, which was basically Raiden 2 had my favorite weapon, the purple or "toothpaste" laser!
