It measures your BP for the first time only after following these steps and after you disconnect and connect again to measure it shows that Measuring blood pressure is only supported by Samsung phones
Great information, although it doesn't work for me , seems the apk files are outdated ...they are not getting installed ..plz update these apk's .. rest you shared all the information in very understandable manner.
What are the steps for galaxy watch 6 with non Samsung phone
Failed, getting message: watch has not approved incoming connection from phone
Update: Upon multiple tried, I was eventually able to successfully complete the installation using the same steps. Thanks!

Before pressing the connect button, just verify if the ip address and port number are correct. In my case it was showing the wrong port number after pairing.

My watch 4 got updated to oneui 5. Now i cannot see debug over wifi option even after enabling adb debugging. I tried to do hard reset.miltiple times but no luck. Is there any way to install ecg on watxh 4?

Enable ADB debugging. Uske neeche wireless debuging hai wifi debuging udhar shift kardi hai

Yes. For BP and ECG, I think Samsung Phone is required.

This feature is now available in Indian Version of the watches by default. Let me know if you are not able to see that.
Thanks ! I think it might not work since the video was published a long back ... I do see all things working perfectly fine now. Only had issues connecting to Gemini app for file transfer , I used network discovery and it worked . I have omron BP monitor at home so calibrated the BP as well there is a error margin of like say +-5 units but fine with me

Safe from what perspective? These apks are sourced from a reputed member on xdaforums.
It should work on the LTE version(even Galaxy watch 5) as well. Just the apk link might change for each type.
Why to download apk separately, how much secure is installing as 3rd party app. ??

You can recalibrate the same way brother you calibrated the first first time

Watch5 pro is not workings. When i go to connect on Gemini app it pings and i proceed with adb started and connected then it closes app due to me not allowing incoming connection....but i never received the prompt to allow on my watch???
Even I had the same issue , I used network discovery within the app .. it as ks for a passcode and auto detects the IP of the watch from the connected common network and thereafter it does everything on its own

I didn’t have any other issue while following this guide. It looks like some issue with Samsung Health monitor App or with watch itself.
I will do a reset for my watch, start the whole process again and see if it helps.
Below are the complete error details.
“No Compatible watch found
To use this feature, you need a Galaxy watch 4 or later mode that was released in a country where this feature has been approved”.

I have a few doubts about Samsung Galaxy Watch. I am going to buy Galaxy Watch 5 Pro soon.
1. Does Galaxy Watch run on true android?
2. Is there any extra benefits or features if we connect Galaxy Watch with only Samsung phones?
3. Can we buy separate custom straps for it?
4. Cab we install every android apps and games in Galaxy Watch?
5. Does it support MicroSD card? If yes then how much GB maxed?
1. It runs on WearOS which is as close to True Android for a smartwatch. It is not the same as the Mobile Android though. You can sideload any apk onto your smartwatch
2. Extra benefits - You can enable the BP and ECG module if you connect with a samsung phone. Also, you can unlock samsung pay even though i haven't done that.
3. Yes, you can buy custom straps for it
4. You can install most apps from the google playstore on your watch. You can also sideload apks onto the Watch. Although some apps may or not work as expected on the watch
5. No slot for memory card
