What people fail to realize is that they do the drop coverage on purpose to limit the easy baskets that the Warriors make That's why Draymond has been abysmal Because all he does is set a screen, get the pass after a double on Curry and make a pass of his own on a 4-3 situation The Celtics choose to limit Draymond Green, not Curry, it's the guy who can get all the other players going
Thank you ! There is no player in league who has seen more blitzing etc. in his career if anybody knows how to solve that it’s steph the few time they doubled steph found the right guy and it resulted in a score. I can see them going more to it if they find themselves with their backs against the wall
If anyone hasn't watched Thinking Basketball on youtube they should go there, he talks about this as well late in the 4th quarter. Steph used to completely wreck havoc with his double team pressure on defenses because they would come up to blitz him and then it led to a easy pass to draymond and then another pass to a rolling big man or high flyer like iggy. I see the Celtics said fuck giving up easy points, let Curry get his points and stick to the guys who would normally be wide open off a Curry double.
Honestly its tough to say as a Warriors fan but Draymond is a liability on Offense on half of the possessions. He takes one dribble and holds the ball looking to pass. Celtics players know that he won't shoot the ball and after he stops his dribble so they don't need to worry about him. Draymond needs to attack the basket at least or something because he is playing terrible in this series. But Curry put the backpack on tonight and got the win. As a Celtics fan I’m putting this on Tatum, as much as I wanna say I’m disappointed i’m not because I honestly didn’t expect him to have a great series and thought Brown would win FMVP if we win. But Tatum has been beyond bad this series, he only wants to shoots 3s and never properly uses his size to his advantage, too much finesse when going to the rack instead of putting his head down and score on whoever. And anytime he’s driving to the rim he’s looking to get a foul, not score and when he doesn’t get the call he starts bitching and complaining to the refs instead of getting back on defense. He’s missing every 2pt shot, if not for the fact he’s hitting 3s and some FTs ( missing a lot of those) he’d average 12 points. We’re 4 games in and he’s only played decent, he’s supposed to be our best player and a “Superstar” but he has not shown up and help with these 30+ point onslaughts from Curry by scoring just as much as him. And he turns the ball over entirely WAY TOO MUCH. If he’s not dropping at least 30+ in these last few games we’re losing in 6 because he hasn’t seemed like a Top 10 player since the Bucks series in game 6. Damn sure hasn’t played like a superstar in these last 2 series, in the finals you need that killer instinct and that dog in you and i don’t believe he has that in him, JB does he’s just not as talented as Tatum.
I don’t watch the Celtics that often. Does Tatum usually look for calls like this? The amount of times he could of scored on a mismatch but goes for the call instead is crazy. Is this just how he plays or is he only doing it this series?
Dude I get you. I’m not a Celtics fan but he was throwing too many threes especially in the fourth quarter. I don’t know why the Celtics were throwing so many threes in the last quarter especially when they had the lead
I disagree. Tatum takes last nights L for sure but not because of the 3s. Dude is not strong enough to drive inside. It’s always been his weakest play- see Bam blocking his dunk attempt to send them home. Tatum is best at mid range and last night he kept driving just to get shut down and turn his confidence off. If JT wants a title he needs to be a playmaker and create shots for other players in this series. He is off. White and brown and Al are on… stop shooting and rack up assists. Game 1 being the example
Congratulations Warriors especially to my Idol Stephen Curry. Kudos to Wiggins and Klay even those freaking refs trying to help the Celtics! I hope they'll be the 2022 NBA champion. 🙏🏆🏀

Kinda crazy how smoove is giving more slander to the Celtics defense than he is to curry’s offensive brilliance. If u actually watched the game, the degree of difficulty of the shots curry hit this game were incredible. Celtics played good defense but curry just special
Yeah, the celtics are doing what they can. But the truth is that when Curry gets it going (like he has this series and ESPECIALLY in game 4) you either block his shot or you get scored on. The fact that he has been taking so many hard shots this series is a testament to Boston's defensive strength considering how great of and off-ball player Steph is.
Jaylon Brown and Steph Curry frontrunners for Finals MVP in my eyes
43 points on 72 ts% for Steph Curry. Y’all don’t know how historic this game was. In a hostile environment, down 2-1 to arguably the best defensive team in the entire nba and Steph showed up when it mattered most. Greatness.
steph literally put the entirety of san francisco on his back tonight. i'm blessed i get to witness this dude's greatness
and yes i know the other warriors played great, i'm just in awe @ what i saw last night.
This was Goat level Performance
Man not everyone will realise it but we are all gonna miss curry when he's gone. So better appreciate him while he's here.
Awesome game from both teams and warriors show what "championship DNA" really means.
There's steph's "legacy moment" for all the haters. Especially if we win this finals. Go dubs
Looney really makes the difference in the paint
That type of performance can turn the series in your favor.
Look at curry man, inspirational
Look at Curry man so inspirational
GSW IN 6!!! Let's prove Chris Smoove wrong ❤️😂
Imo dubs in 7 but w
That was my prediction 👍
Boston had me rattled, I must admit 😅
Really enjoying the Quarry playthrough Smoove, great content no matter what kind of video.
Celtics: the best DEFENSE in the league🤩
Also Celtics: defend chef Curry like Ben Simmons on the perimeter 😂
They defended him good but he's the master at breaking defense
Nah they were on him the whole game, he just breaks defenses
Plus Ime Udoka wants Draymond where he has been this series. They know when he gets going, Curry will have help from the team.
Curry gonna let it fly!
Kerr finally making adjustment like a real head coach, you love to see it
What a comeback for GS
Masterpiece!!
Curry can't be stopped and dats sun cheese 🧀
Been waiting for this dubs in 6
Smooooove we need more The Quarry. Let it fly!
Even after curry's 40 point effort, the series is still anyone for the taking. Props to curry, hes a madman for dropping bombs like that.
Chef Curry coming out big !
Another W anthor smoove video lets goo.
Steph Curry is unreal
This man is from another world
I hope he gets the FMVP this season. He deserves it.
Steph was guarded by the whole team in a possession that shows how unguardable he is
I'm really enjoying these finals great basketball!
#Warriorsin7 🧀
Chef Curry was cooking the Celtics
Curry for finals mvp!
Steph curry with an all-time great performance‼️ put some respect on his damn name😤
no body is touching this great man.
I think that this series will come down to experience. Both teams have the talent, they have great starting 5, great bench and great coach. But the Warriors have been there, they know what's it like to be in the Finals and what it takes to win it all. I really like that Celtics core of Brown-Tatum-Smart-Williams, but I don't think they can outshine Steph and the Warriors.
#DubNation
Typical media/ESPN narrative all the journalist like to make it seem like experience this massive thing but all ex players that have been in playoff or final situations all say it means nothing
@@MazevG oh, so why are veterans so important to teams? why don't every team just play young players when experience don't matter? bruh you're a casual
@@denistvarog4053 so by ur logic udonis haslem is important to the heat? Just because u call people casuals doesn’t automatically make your statement correct btw
@@MazevG but you saying that experience doesn't matter is straight up bullshit, look at the Suns - 17 win team, they add Chris Paul --> NBA Finals team, Celtics added Horford --> NBA Finals 🤷♂️
@@denistvarog4053 this may be shocking to you but every team in the nba has atleast a veteran lmao
Chef curry 🔥✅
steph finally had an iconic game
Much needed win!
Much respect to Steve for pulling Drey in the 4th. They need as much fire power as possible to beat the Celtics and Drey ain't cutting it atm. Good to see Steph dominate in the finals again, hopefully he can keep it up for a couple more games and finally get that Finals MVP.
I saw the 2nd three from Curry and was like "Uh ohhhh"
curry had a legendary performance
Curry about to drop 60 on Monday
I really love his game and he's also a great person. Dick Vitale's great quote applies, "Are you kidding me"?
Greatness. lets go get it at home.💯😤👏🏾
All time performance by Curry
Curry coming up clutch
Bruhh i love curry so much, but wiggins man that dude.
Clutch points around the middle of the 4th quarter. And his rebounds too being that GS is a small team.
If he wins the chip this year annnnd next year 😳
We may very well be looking at the next goat 🙌🏽
This is why Curry is my favorite player currently 💯
Breh, that's tuff! Have no stake in either of these teams, but curry gunning for his first FMVP
Curry top 2 best player in the league behind Giannis
Congratulations Warriors especially to my Idol Stephen Curry. Kudos to Wiggins and Klay even those freaking refs trying to help the Celtics! I hope they'll be the 2022 NBA champion. 🙏🏆🏀
steph was under unbelievable in this game he carried the entire team the whole game
I like When Curry plays mad
Lowkey this was the Celtics chance to pull away
Curry showing his handle
Cmon warriors!!
Dang Curry popped off
Mama there goes that man!!!!That was a masterpiece from steph curry!
Currys best game ever imo
Wiggs has been the only help steph has been getting
