Look at Devin Booker, he didn’t complain and made himself extremely useful and did whatever the team needed. Tatum couldn’t do that, he can only play well high volume and as a 1st option.

The reason why... @7:55 not even an effort to contest OR @9:11 its crunch time and he lost the hottest 3-pt shooter in the game. White and Holiday don't have those lapses. So, when you got scoring from Bron and KD and defense from Booker White & Holiday on the perimeter, Tatum falls in the middle and with limited time and deficits to get out of, his minutes were not a net positive as compared to other combos.
Not Tatum's fault.. he was late for camp and run hard in the finals so needed rest. AND I would not be surprised is the Celtics organization didn't even want their face of franchise run into the ground before they attempt a repeat and put in a call - they aren't paying $50M a year to win for Team USA. And I am not sure why everyone act like somehow getting subbed in for garbage time would have been less insulting. But great story line to get hype up for a early season game.

Crazy how The GSWs are still a relevant threat for Over a decade now. Despite a few recent missed playoffs. They have been to 6 of the last 10 finals. they miss the playoffs two seasons in a row and every body thought they were done. They come back the next season and win their 4th championship in 2022!! That was just only 3 seasons ago. They have another playoff miss last season but this season after 8 games it's looking like 2022 again. The consistency within the organization is amazing.
