    Ingredients
    Achar ki Hari or Lal mirch 1/2-1/2kg
    Danamethi or fenugreek seed 1/2cup
    Saunf or fennel seed 1cup
    Dhaniya or coriander seed 3 t spoon
    Rai or mustard seed 1/2 cup
    Kashmiri Lal mirch or Kashmiri red chilly powder 2 t spoon
    Red chilly powder or Lal mirch powder 1 t spoon
    Salt as taste here 2 t spoon
    Amchur powder 2t spoon
    Saunth or ginger powder 1t spoon
    Green chili Hari mirch 4 cut
    Ginger adrak 2 inch
    Green garlic or Hari lehsun 2 handful
    Mustard or sarson oil 250 ml
    Recipe
    Cut the chillies in desired sizes before that wash n dry them. Dry roast fenugreek seed, fennel seed, coriander seed, n Rai for 3 to 4 min on low flame cool and grind to a coarse powder now add all dry masalas and 3 t spoon of oil and mix make 2 halves of grind masala and mix half portion in cut red chilly and mix add more oil and keep aside.
    In grinder jar grind green chili, ginger, n green garlic with a dash of oil. Heat 3 t spoon oil in a pan and cook until oil is released add dry masala and mix put off flame and add cut green chili and mix transfer to a plate add oil and let cool for few min fill both pickles in a glass jar allow green chili pickle to cool close the jars and leave for 3to 5 days your pickle is ready to eat after that check if needs oil than add more oil to it and serve with roti, parantha or rice enjoy the taste and like share follow subscribe.
