I saw a recent video wherein the person said " walk-in pantry" as he opened the door. It was NOT a walk-in by any stretch of the imagination.

Not for handicap persons ! Stairs @ house entry prove handicap people are NOT welcome. Microwave over stoves are Scalding/death traps toilets locked in closets how do handicap humans use? No safety pocket doors do builders plan on exterminating people 5' tall & under? Safety bars

I love it!! Everyone is always hating on pre-manufactured homes but I find I like their layouts and designs so much nicer than track homes, especially the more recent ones!
Is it fake wood or real..counter top real?
@@freedomisnotfree9129 All the crown molding, base boards, door casements, and window casements are wood. the cabinet doors and cabinet stiles are wood. The counter top is laminate. Granite can be installed if a customer wishes to do so.

People who live in apartments have labeled things as "trailer houses" and I'm like . . . um, I have more square feet than you, no neighbors on top of me, and I snapped my fingers and made every counter top, floor, and color decision, before I even moved in, with a jetted tub and fireplace- but tell me about your 700 square foot studio, again.

I have nothing against trailers and I know if a storm hits a brick home straight on it can destroy it but less wind destroys trailers I want one but I'm nervous I will have to go get a hotel every time it's bad weather
@@tonyabailey1028 I've lived in 2 doublewide manufactured homes in my life they were on a foundation just like a normal house never had any problems with storms in fact watched a neighbor's normal built house get wiped out from a tornado while ours stood
I agree with you. When I decided to buy a home I went to manufactured home that's the only way I'd be able to afford to get everything I wanted in a home. quit school if the put a big hole in a panel all you got to do is order a new one and put it up. Houses cost is ridiculous and I could get one for a fraction of the price
That's right! We went from a mobile home for 5 yrs when we first married, had kid's and outgrew it, then to this home of 25 year's that has 'cost us a small fortune' fixing it up and now, we're selling it to buy as you said, 'a home we can snap our finger's' in before it even happens :) Love it!!!!!!
If only Oak Creek Homes had dealers in Ohio ! By far, they look as if their quality is unmatched. This is a home I would absolutely purchase if it were available in my area. I love every aspect of it. I’m someone, though , who has to be able to walk through & see it up close. Their homes seem to not feel like you’re in a “mobile home”, but rather, a quality built home. Please Oak Creek, expand out to other states !

I love the colors they used to set up this home. It's so inviting and warm. The colors of cabinets are awesome. Love master ensuite and built ins. I think their should be more in the laundry room. My only change. This is beautiful. That curved sofa is very nice

I hate when people put others down for living in mobile homes. This is really nice especially with all the windows to let sunlight in and I love the island. It's a really good size with usable counter and storage space instead of having a sink in the way. The common area is large enough to invite friends and family over for a huge holiday feast! Afterwards, hang out in some rocking chairs on the porch. 👍 Omg... the master closet looks bigger than my daughter's bedroom. LOL! Ok, I'm convinced... you can just come drop this off on my 2-acres! 😃

Please continue to forever make this model, its the best one and I know there is a four bedroom one too. If you stop making it, hopefully it will be because you made an even bigger and better one that's similar but has many and technology upgrades... Like a smart house.
We are actually starting to implement several "Smart" features into our homes. Nest thermostats, security camera porch lights, blue-tooth connectivity door locks and more.

This is very nice. This is way larger than my home. I love it. Fancy. ...... My cats would love it. I live in a tiny home. .....holy cow....i could build a cat house on the outside....nice nice nice....eating bar in kitchen is beautiful...preparartion island in kitchen....nice. i will save this introduction....i love the open area. Lots of space in kitchen which is a important. I could cook in front of my family.

Please take the time to tap and knock on fixtures and tub / shower walls . It helps rule out cheap plastics etc. Loving the marble, slate. Show off the nice big closets , ceilings , windows too. Thanks, been watching videos all afternoon. Ready for a short break . Ty 👍

OMG... I want this house soooo much.
livable! very much so! but the quality is what matters over everything else! as you say, the finishes can be selected (or altered to one's own preference), but the foundation, insulation, and roof make the home sound. electrical and plumbing vital for peace of mind too! how come you guys in the pre-fab business are so reticent on these aspects of the house? never hear anyone mention them. design and essentials are pretty universal/standard these days. what a customer needs to learn about from you is the quality of the materials and work! References and warranties and such! just trying to help!
