Great video. I love how you teach [you're NOT condescending]. I found my Holga 120N in the toy section of the Louisville, CO Goodwill store. I paid $1.25 for the camera and $2.50 for a small, Cannon, camera bag. The Holga came with 5 filters and a filter attachment. All that for under five dollars: I honestly felt like I was stealing it. If you start feeling bogged down trying to learn all the bells and whistles on your DSLR, or your bridge camera, going out and shooting with this feels like a breath of fresh air. My one piece of advice is to keep some black, electrician's tape in your bag, along with scissors and a brand new, unused make-up brush [for cleaning]. Have FUN, that's what Holga's are best for.
You can use color 120 film in it. If you want perfection, sharpness and color balanced pictures, then use a DSLR, or bridge camera. But if you want whimsical, and the joy of anticipation [waiting for your pics to come back] then a Holga is great.

Hey Adrian
You should continue to carry the holga in 2023/24 and make the occasional holga video compilation when you are not on the road ?
I know this is an old video, but thank you for this! Haven't used my Holga in a while. Was nice to get refreshed on how to load the film.
Absolutely!
What if I don’t want black and white
use grey film
@@christiankirkenes5922 lol!
