  • Ever been curious about what life is like in a small Austrian city? Then this is the video for you!
In this video we take you on a tour of the city of Schwechat, you will be familiar with that if you have visited Vienna via plane as that is where the airport is located and is a small city southwest of Vienna.
We decided to experience something a little less touristy before we set off to explore Vienna so stopped off in this small city as we had arrived in Austria at midnight so wanted to stay somewhere a little closer to the airport so we could get in and unpacked a little quicker.
In comparison to Vienna, Schwechat has a more residental and local feel yet still holds the charm and beauty which Vienna is so well known for.
We also stayed in a rather unique apartment during our stay here, which was a loft room which had been converted into a mini-apartment so we also showcase that here too, you can find the link below if you are interested in seeing it for yourself - www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/102832...
As well as this, this is the first video to feature a guest in the form of Tammy's brother (my brother in law and very dear friend) Kyle!
He has also started a TH-cam channel of his own. If you want to see his travel adventures pop over and give him a sub too 🙂 - / @thegingerexploreruk

Schwechat is more of an suburb of Vienna then a city.

Ahh, this makes sense. We checked Wikipedia and it said it was a small city, to be fair probably not the best resource to do any solid research haha! Thanks for confirming and checking the video out 🙂❤️
