How to make perfect Sea Salted Coconut Caramels

- A NEW WAY TO BAKE : SEA SALTED COCONUT CARAMELS
I love caramel as a flavour, as a confection, in its various forms and textures, all determined (apart from a balanced recipe of course) by the temperature it has been cooked to. After initially cooking a pure caramel from sugar, deglaze with warm coconut cream and cook it again to 120°C (248°F), or firm ball stage, so be sure to check! A digital or sugar thermometer will be the quickest and easiest way to do this - not to mention the safest when working with boiling caramel!

Yea of course! You can remove the coconut oil and just boil it on low for 1-2 minutes instead of reaching the specific temperature
