Unbelievable band. Fell in love with RIDE as soon as i heard the Today Forever EP as a 15 year old. Still listen to them almost every day to this day.

I was completely shit faced on the front show of this gig and it was the greatest moment of my life
for years I searched for a band that sounded as magical as ride but I couldn't find one, the sound of the guitars with noise rock elements mixed with a very sweet melody is something very them.
Catherine Wheel, Chapterhouse, Revolver and Blind Mr. Jones all got pretty dann close at times

I did not go to this and looking at it they gave a pretty good performance, I found leave them all behind was paying the rent but they warmed. Seagull is their best song ever and it was great to see them nail it! not as visceral as they used to be but what can you expect when one(s) get older. Weird seeing Mark having to wear a hat as he's a bonehead now, I used to have the same haircut and am now in the same predicament, OX4.

Cutting the audience out of the sound mix doesnt help this video. Some of the songs are rather drab too. If you like the west coast 60's inspired stuff , check out Norways ' Euroboys' .
