  • Tristyn Bailey went missing on Mother's Day two years ago in Jacksonville, Florida. Surveillance video shows the 13-year-old walking with her 14-year-old classmate, Aiden Fucci. Bailey's body was discovered in a secluded wooded area with 114 stab wounds. Fucci pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. At his sentencing hearing, Bailey's sister dropped 114 stones into a jar to represent the number of times the teen was stabbed. Fucci has been sentenced to life in prison.

This judge earns my respect. I’ve seen teenagers or older like ranging from 16-19 or in their early twenties get away with stuff like this. Some crimes of murder out of unregulated emotions or motivated by something sexual, etc. They get sentences like 12 or 20 years, or worst some cases get less than that. Too little for a lost life especially that of a young girl. Some judges and trials can sometimes be too sympathetic to people like this due to their age.
But this judge delivered. It doesn’t matter if he’s 14, the fact he’s that young and did something so evil he shouldn’t be allowed in society when he had no remorse.
    Thank you, Judge Lee Smith.

It really upsets me whenever I see GenZ in court and be sentenced to LIFE in prison because of the bad choices they've made in life. I believe it's the lack of Fathers in the household these days and single mothers unable to give them enough supervision and counselling. These teens believe that a simple slap on the wrist would let them off the hook and it's terrible watching them break down in TEARS after learning about their fate of never having to see the light of day again.
As Adult millennials, we need to set a positive role model and example to help guide them!

Staying out till 115am? I was never out that late not to excuse it but if there is something to learn is don't place yourself in bad situations.

I know that evil has been evolving within this world far longer. But reaching this far beyond of gruesome evil by murdering a human being is impossible to realize how disgusting it has become

She snuck out. They didn't know. She was supposed to be in bed. They only found out she wasn't in her room next morning at breakfast when she didn't come out they went to get her but she was no where to be found. It's so sad.
