I worked in video games and animation even in anime in Seoul for three years. I’m 50. I started professionally at 23, I was burned out by 40. Don’t over do it. You have to have time to recover recharge. Every day even. You think you’re accomplishing a lot but you aren’t. You’d be surprised how much you can accomplish in shorter work days with plenty of sleep. That’s how I re adjusted myself at 40.
My highest working hours is 120, and I work in burger store at first I'm ok with it cuz we get to use our phone l, but after someone bought the store and change of owner were not so carefree anymore, so I get tire after work for 120 hour now my regular hour is around 80 or 90

I also have a question. I'm currently aspiring to be an Author/Writer myself and I am deciding to start off by creating my own story idea into a comic book or graphic novel. I don't possess the skills to draw though, I only specialize in writing. Soon I hope to collaborate with an artist to work with on a graphic novel. My question is, if and when I do find an artist that can help me with my project, how much money should I pay my artist for collaborating on a project with me? I heard that it depends on the length of panels or pages your artist will have to draw in order to determine the price of how much you pay them for each page. Of course since I'll be starting out my dream job as a writer by creating a comic book, its a given that I will be paying the artist that I collaborate with since I am utilizing their time and effort into my vision and was just wondering about price.
