I’m on my 3rd set of kendas now. I’m not tracking my car but I love driving like an under cover cop infiltrating a car gang that is robbing big rig trucks of their cargo aka I drive like jerk. My tires last me one year on average so far for 3 years in a row may 29th it time to buy new tires again same as last year. I used to buy Goodyear F1 kenda is %85 of the same handling and performance characteristics except it’s $40 less each tire n last the same amount of time. I think it’s a good deal personally and I’m already looking for to buying my 4th set soon. God bless you kenda bless you all the way to heaven!
Yeah dude good video I've been wanting to start drifting and you given some pretty good pointers thanks a lot definitely need to look more into it though
Great video with a lot of good info! Whenever I am asked by someone what the best mod or the next mod for their car is/should be, no matter if it's for the track or street, I always say tires first. I still find it's one of the most overlooked on people's cars, but it's probably the most important!
I've been running kendas all season, I typically run 245/40/18 180tw on my stock z on all 4 corners. the grip feels amazing and allows me to drive aggressively. I'd like to try out 300tw options but my suppliers are pretty dry right now 😂.
Great video. Question? I have OEM Kenda KR20 265/35ZR18 on my slingshot, How does that tire compare to the KR20A? So KR20 vs KR20a comparison? This is for street riding.
what would you recommend in terms of these pairing on a 350z in terms of sizes?. I've seen and heard about these tires being great for drifting and some of my friends believe this would be a good budget weekend warrior tire for my Z that will be used for both street/autoX use.
@@FieldingShredder yea i think you mentioned the 265 would last the longest. So i was wondering what would the next best be for longevity on the 17's. Or should I swap to 18's whenever possible. It prob doesnt matter but i figured id ask.
Awesome!!!!!!!!!! Haven’t watched... but super super excited!!! Great idea for a video!
Good fuckin LORD ! Beeb waiting for a video like this ! Answered so many questions ! You guys are an asset to the community!!!!!

I couldn't agree more! It's the only thing that actually touches the ground lol
@@FieldingShredder Well, unless you count my old Z's carbon front lip... it was surprisingly sturdy though lol

I haven't seen the KR20S offered to us yet? I'd like to get them for the rear on my G35.
Been running westlake SA07s since I started but all the kenda hype got me thinking about switching.
You won't regret it!

Checkout Zestino tires,, I bought a set recently for my CRX
Are this tires necessarily for drift? Can they be used for drag race and street racing?
What size wheels and offset are you liking with the GKtech stuff?
How well do they stretch? I want to run a 265/35 on my 12 inch wide wheels

235-245/40/18
Who else here after watching hyperdrive?
And was also hoping shredder won
After that insane roller coaster just standing on the podium felt like a win 🤘
Why did you stop selling kenda tires ?
Good info to know. Only issue now is i don't have wide enough wheels for 265s :[
They'll fit on anything from 8-12" widths
@@FieldingShredder Just realized my other issue is im running 17's. What would the best route be in my case? ty for answering btw
They make a 245 and 255 in 17!
You can fit a 245 on a 7 inch you just can't run super low pressure

Does the 285 come in 180tw
No, but it's got plenty of grip!
And now testing them on the car?:D
re-upload?
I was thinking the same thing. Or it was posted to Lonestar's channel last time.
Adhesion properties ....mmmm
