That's par for the course the vtech motors have always been on the noisy side the v6 in the accords of past didn't make themselves known in terms of noise I actually like to be able to hear the engine running makes the vehicle feel alive now the nissan pathfinder my parents have is absolutely quiet and its unsettling to me mind you they have the v6 pathfinder I actually have to hand it to honda on the fit it's the only vehicle they produce that stays in line with the true spirit of honda so honda looks like you got a sale on a fit from me keep it up and please do away with the turbos you can make all motor engines that output the same power just have to spend the time In r and d for me what Honda did to both the si and type r is make them just like everything else on the road nothing to me about either vehicle stands out to me as being special now the 07 2.0 so that is what they should go back to doing high rpm all motor that is the honda way or it used to be that's all for me you all keep it classy because I will not attempt to try lol
I swapped a Civic Sport for a Jazz Sport, which is more fun on our smaller UK lanes and roads. If driving mainly motorways and highways, sure the Civic would be better. But for hop in and go the Fit/Jazz is better imho.
The infotainment system is touchscreen on the sport trim and higher. Lx is the base model and is not a touch screen. Consumer reports states that the touchscreen is finicky and prefers the base models infotainment system.
"Gold Pony" forgot to mention this car only has disc brakes in the front...the rear are drum (drum brakes is a very old technology that really should NOT be used on any car today...my 15-year-old 2003 Mazda Protege 5 has all-wheel disc brakes!). Also, the reason why you can't get a 2019 Fit yet is because of this... www.autonews.com/article/20180806/RETAIL/180809879/flooding-will-dent-honda-s-sales-earnings so...how safe is to buy a car from a factory that flooded? How do we know we won't end up w/a car that has parts that were flooded?! Recalls coming to you in 3...2...1...

I just got a 2019 EX-L. My instrument panel looks very different. My gas gauge is digital. Perhaps the Honda Sensing package has a different set up?
When my 2013 civic gives out in about another 10 years, this is top on my list if it is still around. 95k miles right now. Goal is 300k 😁
