i have a 1994 town car and they said they needed to check to see if their are any leans on it and it took them 10 days then i went to get the pappers and they got the vin number totaly wrong. it ended up taking a month befor i coule get the title in my name!

You live in the wrong state. Iowa title transfer takes 5 min walk in pay they print a new one give u tags and plates
