You should change the spacers out for hub centric ones, that removes the stress from the lug studs and puts it on the center of the hub where it's supposed to be. It also makes sure the spacer is on correctly so it doesn't spin in an oval and cause death wobble. I always use a drop of red loctite on each stud when I install spacers as well to help hold the lug nuts tight, torque to spec and let dry for a few hours and no need to mess with it again until it needs to come off. To torque them just use any bar that will fit between the studs and rest on the floor, when you tighten the lug nut it will push against the bar and stop the hub from spinning. As for your lights it's probably because everything is painted so it can't ground out, the limb risers were grounding them to the hood through the unpainted metal where you drilled holes through the hood.

Nice job Jimmy! On the wheel spacers, from my own experience, Lock Tite is more important than torque spec. Both would be ideal. I use red Loctite for spacers. Also of note, I went from 3" lift with 31" on the Bumble Jeep to 4.5" and 33" tires. On the front with 1.5" spacers, I still rub on tight turns. Going with adjustable control arms (stock length) and adjusting them back to the stock wheel base (102.5") helped with the rubbing. The on;y change I want to make now is to go from the stock rims to 10.5 wide rims. If you know anybody with a set of 4 or 5 for sale at a good price, let me know. God bless, stay well.

Thanks man! I’ll definitely use lock tite when I re torque them. Did you re-gear when you went to 33s?

@@JeepinJimmy Not yet, but I'm planning on 4.88's I think. I have hundreds of dollars of parts to put on and can't seem to find the time. You know how that goes.
