It was at Nampengu village in Caprivi Strip, on 30 June 2015, at a meeting convened by UNHCR, Botswana and Namibian governments in a "Come See, Go Tell Mission" for Caprivian refugees to come and assess they safety should they decide to be repatriated from Botswana.
There were 13 Caprivian refugees in this mission. There program was expected to continue for three more days in other villages but it was aborted by government of Namibia, the following day from this meeting at Nampengu.
