This is a great video! Thanks for trying our product out. And a big thanks for taking the time to review it. I am glad you like it so far. We look forward to hearing how it works for you during your harvest!
Thanks. Hoping to put it to use in near future. Would love to try the “pro” 42” model. A little out of my price range. I may make offset hitch to use with the 36” pull behind. Great product. Good engineering. I also need to order a stab a nut for those close to the trunks.
Trees are looking good. I’ve restored Dads 65 year old trees. ( old enough for Medicare like me!). You are right. Getting the ground underneath the trees is critical to use a baganut. And get this, as nuts are falling, so are the leaves so I’ve started using my zero turn mower with the 36 inch bag up behind it. It works great. Before using that I was having to stop about every hundred feet to clear out the trash. now I can go for 10 minutes without messing with it. Other than the hoppers being full ! On my four wheeler, I had mounted a 4 x 4 on the back and had 2 bag of nuts hanging behind it so I was getting a 6 foot swap. I’m probably going to do that with the mower as well. The mower will chop up the leaves and blow it further away Where it will be clean for another foot or two to drain charge side of mower. 2 baganuts use will reduce the number of mower trips that will crush some.. not many nuts. Baganut picks up everything including shotgun shells, my dogs poops, bolts and sticks. You’ll need a cleaner . I got a used SNT cleaner (CP-80 , $4500 used) that gets most trash but I still must pick out more on the treadmill that comes out. Frankly the zero turn was a blast picking up nuts.
@@HeritageFarmsTexas I’ve been using one of their models for picking up brass at our firearms ranges for years. It works great on concrete but not very well on dirt/grass
Hello Sir, Not sure how they will hold up. We have only used it like one day so far. Perhaps down the road, I’ll do a one year review or something. I don’t know about replacement cost. Has to be $$ I’m guessing.
I’ve used those for collecting up Black Walnuts a buddy of mine has one we’ve got a bumper Hickory not crap this year. Kind of like a northern relative to your P con. How are you getting those marketed this year?
Can't wait to see you in action Scott. Take care and have a blessed week my friend.
Thanks! You too!
Pecans are delicious! 😍😋
Especially Pecan Pie. Hope all is well my musical friend.
Pretty good concept. I Didn’t know this tool existed. Better than rolling around a hand picker!
Thanks. Especially with 150 trees. The fact we only have the weekends, I needed a quicker method.

That is a very nice results Sir !!! Have a good one CHeers
Thanks! I think it’s going to work fairly well.
That's pretty handy! I was waiting for one to clock you in the head as fast as your were picking them. 🤣😂
Pretty neat invention. I may make offset for both to put me outside the canopy. Thinking about how to do that.
We were talking yesterday about how we wished we would've planted pecan trees when we first moved onto our property
Hello Hank, it’s not too late. They start producing at 10 years. Not to mention helps resell value of land. Full disclosure, they’re a lot of work.

I’ll have to check out the cleaner. Sounds interesting. Great idea on two bag a nuts. Happy Thanksgiving!
The Best ❤❤❤❤
Thanks !
Glad it worked out for you. It would be nice if you could mount it on the front of the quad.
Hmmm didn’t think about that. We will see how it works out. I may build an offset for it.
We got one it is great
Glad to hear you like it.
I think a rake and stable fork would give you great results as well
Thanks for watching. Lots of options for sure. Have a good day!
Pretty slick
Thanks Cleon, I’m thinking about making an offset hitch for it. Hope you’re doing well.
We bought the hand driven one for our Walnuts. Works very well.
Glad to hear you like it. I was impressed with our first trial run.
Wow! Nice revew! Do you think this equipment works for collecting okra from the ground? Thanks :)
Not sure, I’m guessing it could possibly work. You’d have to test. It picks up a lot of sticks.
Where are you guys ? I am in Dallas
Fannin Co. north east of Dallas close to the red river.
I’ve been eyeballing their 42” Pro model to pull behind our Kubota UTV. Glad to see your review on the 36”. Let us know how harvest turns out with it.
Thanks. Yes I liked the 42” Pro model as well. Just couldn’t justify that high price. I can build an offset hitch/arm and accomplish the same thing.
@@HeritageFarmsTexas that’s a great idea

What spacing are your trees? such a gorgeous property
Thanks. 40 x 40.
How are the wheel fingers holding up? What’s the cost of replacement wheel?

Thanks. Mainly through friends, relatives, social media, website. Depending on future harvest, perhaps wholesale.
Speaking strictly from a business perspective, growing and harvesting pecans doesn't seem economically viable.
It’s not the best investment. That’s for sure. It’s a passion or hobby.
@HeritageFarmsTexas
Keep that passion for your hobby going please. Who doesn't love pecan pie? 🥧👍
