Very funny clip, Steve, and I love your Aussie friend. He's pretty darned good dealing with hecklers too. I love the way you guys (you and your fellow comedians) have each others' backs. I was particularly touched by a fairly recent clip where Brett Druck physically stepped between you and a drunk guy who had gotten up and was headed toward you while you were still on stage. Who knows what the drunk guy might have been going to do? Brett put his safety on the line to protect you. I love Brett for that. Stay safe out there. --your cancer buddy (still doing okay for now).
Fellow cancer survivor: stay strong. It can be beaten. Trust me on that. It took me 7 years and a few operations but I have been cancer free for almost a decade now. The hardest, and most important thing is to NOT allow yourself onto the slide that believes you will die. You don't have to. I was told that I had less than 2 years. Piss 'em off! Prove them wrong! You can.

That's a couple of weeks away, and I sure don't feel like a dying man. Granted, I'm stoned on pain killers, but the tell tale signs of cancer coming to take me away are not here. I believe that if God wants to call me home, He will. If God wants to grant me another miracle and keep me here, then I'm not going anywhere for awhile. 😁👍Either way, I gladly embrace His decision. Thank you for your words of encouragement. It certainly gives me hope to hear such goods news. Your experience proves to me that surviving my cancer doesn't have to be just a pipe dream. May you continue to live a long, cancer free life!

I don't think he was speaking Irish, it's just that his accent was so thick. The Northern Irish accents, throughout the province, can be very difficult to understand in most circumstances. We don't even sound like we speak English, so ot's easy to be mistaken for a different language

In the U.K.heckling is common place so comedians use their put downs to get more laughs at the hecklers expense. If you asked a heckler to leave you’d probably be boo’d off stage!
I live too far in BC to make it to Kelowna but If the drive was less than 8h I would absolutely come and check you out in person. I only saw you on TH-cam but what you post is gold. As the ''funny guy in my group of friends'', I have learned a lot from watching you negotiate hecklers. As much as I enjoy these clips, I’m very glad they’re decreasing in frequency. Both of your sets are awesome without these idiots trying to derail them. I went to Ireland as a child and 1 night we went to a 1 man comedy show that was insane as a like 11 year old I was crying laughing! I love that country and I'm half Irish! I'll never forget that trip!!!
