Got this part replaced today, thanks for the video was a great help 😊
Thanks Kev! Glad the video helped!
Happy New Year Dan,Looking forward to seeing more of your videos throughout 2024👍👍🤜
Happy new year toYou too Tony! And much more toCome mate 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I did this yesterday..When I removed the bypass pipe two things fell out and I couldn't find it on the manual.. I figured it out at last .
It's the red lever thats making it hard to get in. I removed the red lever and the prv still works.
Yeh there’s no real need for the lever if you think about it. Great shout!
I find that it’s much easier to connect the bypass pipe to the return manifold before reassembling, that way you have much more play to wiggle it back in to the left hand manifold
Will try this next time Carl! Thanks for the comment mate!
Love the video , have you a link for the neck torch and little silicone grease gun I like my gadgets 👍
The little grease gun is from Amazon, just search mini grease gun, and the neck light is a Unilite neck light. Thanks mate 🫶🏽🫶🏽
I wish i saw this before i did yesterday..

@@Heatking you’d need boxing gloves to not cut yourself on a Worcester boiler🙄 I cut my hand just watching your video😂😂 great vid though mate👌
@@dombarnes7092 😂😂😂 thanks mate! Chain Mail next time (think that’s what it’s called)
Some of your older videos keep popping up. How do you remember where all the wires connect to. Anyway, enjoy the bank holiday Dan. 😊
Haha cheers Paul, I appreciate you watching any of them. But knowing where things go is just down to doing it a few times really.
Not done yet good video pal
Thanks mate. Easy job when you do get to do one! But frustrating when you come to the bypass but the cdi Worcesters don’t have them 👌🏽👌🏽
Is it always good to order flow adaptor whilst changing the rh block.
Yeh mate, as more often than not it’ll break when taking it out. Its less than a £5 🙏🏽
Surprises me a part that big would fail
Quite common aswel mate!
Good video again. Do you ever fit the cheap manifolds from ebay or would you advise against it?
I have done once mate, didn’t have an issue with it in all fairness!
What’s the reasoning with the prv not going in the same time as the block mate ? Easier to get into the bypass?
It probably would go in at the same time. I just find it catches the back of the chassis when trying to get the bypass back in mate.
Seems a right ball ache mate, rather you than me
They’re too bad once you’ve done one or two 😂😂😂
