Historically high levels of carbon dioxide recorded in Hawaii

Scientists working at an observatory on the Big Island of Hawaii have recorded the highest level of concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere than at any time in human history. Ben Tracy reports on what impact this may have on climate change.
