Ooh! User parameters. That’s the first time I’ve heard of them. Thanks Morley, that was a good Fusion tutorial.

Thank you for your amazing videos!!! I love how you walk through and tell the keyboard quick keys "C for circle" it has been helping me remember and learn F360. I am starting to hear your voice as I try to design things. Thank you so much, keep up the amazing work. In the future I would not be surprised to see your channel being talked about next to The 3D Printing Nerd as a top 3D printing TH-cam channel. I also love how you don't just print toys, it is all about all the real life uses for 3D printing!

A trick to finding studs... Use a strong magnet and rub it on wall untill it sticks to a nail that is in the stud, then place your screw above or below the magnet!

Great demonstration of the design process in Fusion! Seeing the results of the different tools in the software was very helpful.

Great example of how powerful 3d printing can be to help reduce pain points in our daily life. I think it is that power that will eventually lead to wider adoption of the technology.

Great video! I like how you traced the outline of the tool. You could fill in the outline with another color paint to get a "shadow" of the tool. Would look cool and brighten things up with an accent color to match your tools or decor ☺️
Also I like to add small fillets to all external corners. It's quick and easy, makes the outside smooth, and helps eliminate any "elephants foot" when 3D printing.

Thanks for the tip! Those corner fillets are a good idea. I’ll have to think about a color scheme

I love the making Art sign I just had to get it for my print room.
I’ll definitely be back to get more stuff.
I’ve learned a lot of things from you it’s the least I can do. Thanks I can’t wait to get back into fusion 360 and make stuff.
Tinkercad is really a great starting point in designing but I think it’s time for me to move on to better designs.

That was a great crash course on user parameters. I always dive head first into projects without using them and it comes back to bite me

I’m curious what metal ruler you were using. I’m in the market for a nice metal ruler.

It is a Nobel stainless steel flexible/non-skid ruler!

A chamfer on tge top edges would help the tool enter better. Love the keep it simple stupid design standard.
