This was the very 1st video I watched of you guys! I remember coming across it because I was very into beige walls and for some reason I kept searching for videos of house tours to see their walls lol. Anyway, I fell in LOVE with the color of your walls 😂 haven’t missed 1 video since ! Happy 10 years to me of watching the Trackers ! For that Pantry with the Cabinet in the front, you might want to eventually make that into all Deep Cabinets or a Better Pantry. something of the sort. It's just a weird corner. Definitely need an upgrade and Deeper Cabinets. How about the Sink under the Window and the Dishwasher on that wall too. run the water off the sink line. Put the plates and glasses, etc in that weird pantry. Just convenience sake from the dishwasher. Just putting that out there. So many ways to do it.
Watching this now in 2017 I would love to see a updated house tour and see what you changed out of what you said you would like the flooring and upstairs bathroom x

Your "anteater" is most likely an Ant Lion. They dig wholes and then snatch up ants. They have giant pincher things and just look insane. But yeah, Ant Lions, they eat ants. Science.
Hey Tim, i've seen a few videos about your new house, and I have been watching a lot of House Hunters lately. I do not see point in buying a house, but most people think it would be great. Why did you and Jen want a new house, and will it meet your expectations when you are done upgrading it?

Why ya moving the stove? You can raise the cabinet and install an exhaust hood above the stove and run the exhaust directly out the exterior wall.
