Kamen rider SAM. JP's voice has both aspects of cool and polite with mechanical voice. In addition, there is enthusiasm also felt when he says scorched earth operation.

The warrior who was described as cold-hearted, whose actions and demeanor were terrible and menacing, coupled with his tone of voice which showed someone without compassion and only obeying mission orders, was really difficult to reconcile with "her" personality I think it would be much better if Sam and she were different people. Moreover, if Sam really is "he", it will certainly make Sam's current character even stronger and make his name truly remembered by players as a badass mecha suit fighter. But, if Sam were "her", everything Sam's character currently has could crumble easily. Because the personalities between the two of them that we know are completely opposite. In fact, I think if Mihoyo had made Sam and "her" separate characters, it would have made them even more profitable. Because 2 popular characters are sold separately

Taking the cn as a reference, the eng is definitely the one that sounds the most out of character, he is not described as someone aggressive and it is difficult for me to relate that voice to someone who chats using emojis
broadly he feels quite similar to Kalpas from HI3(given the writer for penacony also being the Elysian Realm guy it's not surprising) who is quite literally a cackling madman of a bloodknight when fighting and is slowly being driven more insane by his power but in moments when he manages to "chill" he bakes sweets and makes dolls/stuffed toys, he's also the one most sickened (well other than Sakura because it's to do with her sister) when a group of FIREMOTH soldiers literally celebrate killing a little girl who MIGHT become a Herrcher (and ironically her body does as an effect of them killing the human she was). it's not outside the realm of reason for someone to "switch" when in a battle situation, especially in a sci-fi situation where space magic is very much a factor.

Kalpas fought like a Mad Dog while Sam fought like a Machine that's doing their job as quick and efficient as possible
Sam is so far the hardest and most lit (literally) NPC we've had Especially KR hits so different, it sounds like the ult is gonna destroy your ass (and i'm playing on World max level and lore accurately, so i'm as handicapped as humanly possible)
i think this is an example where english sounds very good, no one else really sounds like theyre out to kill you. If I had to rank it, EN > KR > JP > CN.

The EN VAs always do really good with the Battle voicelines. The deeper tone really makes these characters menacing compared to the other languages.

Taking the cn as a reference, the eng is definitely the one that sounds the most out of character, he is not described as someone aggressive and it is difficult for me to relate that voice to someone who chats using emojis
broadly he feels quite similar to Kalpas from HI3(given the writer for penacony also being the Elysian Realm guy it's not surprising) who is quite literally a cackling madman of a bloodknight when fighting and is slowly being driven more insane by his power but in moments when he manages to "chill" he bakes sweets and makes dolls/stuffed toys, he's also the one most sickened (well other than Sakura because it's to do with her sister) when a group of FIREMOTH soldiers literally celebrate killing a little girl who MIGHT become a Herrcher (and ironically her body does as an effect of them killing the human she was).
it's not outside the realm of reason for someone to "switch" when in a battle situation, especially in a sci-fi situation where space magic is very much a factor.

@@dracotias the only similarities they share is that they're Imposing Enemies that stands out in a particular group for being dangerous and powerful that also happens to have fire related powers. Kalpas fought like a Mad Dog while Sam fought like a Machine that's doing their job as quick and efficient as possible
It can work as a way for the pilot to hide their identity even more thoroughly

i think this is an example where english sounds very good, no one else really sounds like theyre out to kill you. If I had to rank it, EN > KR > JP > CN.
i don’t think he is out to kill you tbh. That’s why i think jp sounds more appropriate. I like the polite roboticness of it.
