The reason there is a difference in your atmospheric pressure readings is that the internet is giving you the reading at MSL (Mean Sea Level). Your Kestral is giving the reading at your location. Based on the difference between the two readings, your elevation is about 5000 ft above MSL. Allow 1inHg for every 1000ft of elevation. You can use the 30.05, but then have to adjust it for elevation.
Have you guys ever had issues on the theos at max magnification? I really like mine but when shooting groups at 100 on Max mag I tend to get a lot of blur probably from barrel heat soak
I dont understand how you put in 7.6 on your scope to get it to hit your target. And suppose you have a LPVO SCOPE can i dial that in or would it show the reticle with the hold over mark on the reticle. It confuses me but i been wanting to be able to do this since i started airgunning 5 years ago and its complicated for me. I was literly thinking about buying a plane ticket to UTAH AIRGUNS from Pennsylvania where i live for you guys to show me how to do this so i can always know where im gonna hit my target when hunting.
Yeah thats a nice unit and at a good price. I’m Surprised it’s not more honestly they’re probably gonna release something later for a g under the nexus or theos name being that this is using the titan branding and that it’s at a pretty low price considering the market value on ballistic rangefinders
Just a leg wrap - they help keep the CF protected when the tripod is stowed, also helps with grip as you maneuver the tripod with a gun on it. Helps your hand stay in the same place and not slide down if it's sweaty. Mostly for convenience!
I have the infinity scope mount. It’s raised up about an 1/16 in the rear. Where would you recommend I measure scope height? Towards the muzzle or the shooter?
I typically go from where the turret and erector housing is located in the scope. A good way to get close enough is going to be using the "split" in your rings as your measurement point and go down to the bore.
I use a kahles range finder that already takes inclination into account so you can just use the corrected distance in your ballistic solver, I use a kestrel 5700 ballistic. But this seems like its worth a try, but Ill rather range a target and use kestrel for the wind, barometrics etc than just use a range finder with built in ballistics. Could just be that I dont have experience with ballistic solving range finders.

Very good stuff 💯 working
Looking forward
Advance ranging methods

why did you not use the BC from the fx chrono? the number from the ammo preselect is only ballpark.

You have a link to that?
Anything
What ground pad are you using?

Only 4 profiles on ballistic app is just not enough
On a $500 dollar unit though? Can't beat the price
@@UtahAirguns its the software not the hardware
@@brendanmahaffey7886 yes, probably they gonna come out with a pro version that you can assign more gun profiles for a pro cost$$$$ 👎
Can you do AR and .22 caliber powdered velocities at the store
No Airguns only at the storefront.
Plz tell me that every element scope have their own rangefinder like helix.titan .teohs
10:25 Do you mean 3000 meters? 3000 meters = 3km. 3000 yards = 2.74 km

The app is pretty lame, only 4 profiles. Ill prolly just use the kestrel and get a diffrent rf
