Hi sorry please could you help me my bike is 36v 250w motor in regards to the VOL setting is this setting to indicate how much battery is left or isit voltage control to the motor? My default value on setting 1 is not 31.5 but 10 please could you explain what VOL is

that specific advanced menu showed at what levels of voltage remaining in the battery the battery indicator would change. That's all it looked like to me.

Why can't I order a rear rack for my Ride1up 500 bike? I just received 2 of your bikes and decided I want the rear rack and was told no, I can't buy one from you. I don't get it?

How the heck do you get full throttle mode, I bought a Ebike for the motor, not exercise.
What is the trick to keeping it on all the time instead of having to leave it on the settings menu display constantly to have full throttle???

They are limited to 20mph with throttle. To change that switch your tire size in the settings to 17", and then switch to kmh. The display will show kmh but it will be mph. Smaller tire size fools it into letting you go more than 20

The bikes are not water-proof, they are water-resistant, rated IP-65. While we do not recommend leaving the bikes out in the rain or riding in the rain or other hazardous conditions due to personal safety, the bikes can handle water exposure.

@@belar7335 The 500 series uses a generic Reention Dorado battery integration system. This is not our exclusive technology, and there are a number of brands who sell the same battery packs. Added packs MUST be 48V. Our battery dimensions are 46.5cm x 6.5cm x 11.5cm.
They are available through a number of sites Ranging from $300-500. We can sell you a replacement in 2 months for $339.
