Как-то Вы перемудрили с "с использованием передовых технологий". Местами просто реальное средневековье, это я о бронзовой (латунной?) сковородке.

А "литьё в землю" это вообще древнейшая технология. Бедный рабочий без нормальных литьевых форм трудится не говоря уже о том что такие вещи сейчас в пресс формах делаются... Это мануфактурное производство середины 19 века какое то.

Around 9.5 kg, here. By the dimensions is an M110 (110 mm diameter of the hole). The diameter of the hole is 0.7 of the width across flats s, and s=167mm (measured in video at 9:14). 0.7*167 is around 110 mm.
An M110 is 8.2 kg.
But these nuts differ a bit. If we take into account the thickness here which is m=92mm with a bit of geometry we have a hexagonal prism from which we subtract a cylinder. (0.167^2 * sqrt(3))/2 * 0.092 - 0.117^2 * pi/4 * 0.092 --> the result is multiplied by 7850 kg/m3 and end up around 9.5 kg.
