The amount of times I’ve beat this game but I just love seeing people experience it for the first time man been following this whole play through so far
You are playing the game for the first time, and you are playing it the way you like - a bit chaotic, you are not exploring everything etc. That's good! Make sure to continue it that all the way until you beat the game. First time you beat it should be yours. But after that PLEASE go play again on New Game Plus (after you beat the game, you will have option for that - it means you keep almost every item, except for story-progress items) and: 1. Explore EVERY single area of the map. I recommend looking at the map, and planning forward where do you want to go, because this game is massive, and you easily miss many spots if you don't plan first. Visit every piece of land, you will be surprised how many places, items, NPCs(!) and easter eggs you missed. 2. Read description of every item (maybe except consumables, and crafting materials), this includes all the armor pieces, runes, remembrances etc. Many of them has lore in the descriptions. 3. Make every NPC quest. They are very interesting, some wholesome, some sad, some happy. And little tip about quests - (that's pretty annoying in Elden Ring) almost always, to progress the NPCs questline, you have to rest at the Site Of Grace, and sometimes skip to the next day, until the dialogue is being repeated. After you've besten the game for the first time, playing second time, the lore probably won't be so new, even if you didn't pay attention to it, but it's still so surprising, and fascinating. And peesonally I DON NOT recommend watching any lore videos, until the second playthrough, where you discover lore bit by bit by yourself. It's so fascinating when gou discover things in order, and more and more you progress, it's starting to come together. Only after beating the game second time, I recommended watching some lore videos, to fill on the missing lore facts.
lol I try to explore as much as I can but at some point I always tell my self “ok I need to move the story forward lol” And thank you for the tips yea I usually watch Lore videos after I beat a game
Little tip, at the beginning of cailed there is a fortress at the right site, go there and kill the lion inside, it will drop an ash of war called lions claw, put that on you great sword :)
@@TheLegendaryEddy also in altus plateu, i cant spell, at the entrance to the castle there is 2 scary things, if you deal with them and go in get the grace and go to right, there is a cool weapon in a cart chest, called a giant crusher though run for it because u will get jump scared

Yooo Great battles, i think you could Seek more informations about Ashes of War, in DS3 Terms they're the _Weapon Art [L2 Button]_ you have at that moment. But the improvement is, when you have an weapon that is not an special type (like your Greatsword), you can *Change* their skills! That is good because, if you're maining it you can change the flavor it has across the gameplay _(like having Smough Jump, Artorias Front Flip and etc.)_ They are reusable, so if you did put an eventual "Artorias front flip" onto your greatsword and wish to place the skill into another one, you can without constraints, and their affinities is how they scale based in your build in your choice, you can do this process at the Grace/bonfire! And an extra, not sure but i think you haven't learned to put your weapon in Both hands without taking out your shield (as i saw at the Radahn fight), it is [R1 + Triangle] for 2-hand the right weapon and [L1 + Triangle] to the left weapon. Keep up the good work future Elden Lord!
Nice! Thanks for all the tips. I just recently started using ashes of war and should be included in the next video. It was confusing at first but you guys are giving great information
@TheLegendaryEddy he was the tarnished that was the closest to getting the elden ring but was tricked by Shabriri that wants Flame of frenzy to consume all.
@ honestly doesn’t matter until later in the game but even then it only matters if you actually use them - only a few ashes are good like the mimic tear and black knife tiche is very good

He's also tied to a questline of a guy named Gowry you might have already encountered (he's in caelid too).
You should put an ash of war on your greatsword especially lions claw ash of war it would be so op with your sword, you can find it in fort gael in caelid you will need to defeat a lion like which you defeated in redmane castle, and then you will get the ash of war.
you're very close to finding the giants crusher which is a pure strength weapon. it's also the weapon used for alot of one shot builds because it does so much damage.

You can use howl of shabriri buy buying the spell casting thring from the twin maidens at the round table hold. It buffs your damage but makes you take more damage aswell. And I am saying this again but please watch a tutorial to get cragblade Ash of war it is very op.

I just read another comment saying I have this debuff lol I’ve had it pretty much since the first time I went to the round table hold and I didn’t even know
bro, you skipped the General Radhan cutscene. He doesnt hold a festival for people to fight him; his soldiers are incredibly loyal to thier commander. He is cursed with Scarlet Rot following his fight with Melania. Hes driven insane but hes so strong he cant die, so his soldiers hold a festival to find somebody to defeat thier leader and finally put him to rest. He always wins, but hes completely out of his mind and is just crawling around devouring the land. And his horse is so loyal that even tho Radhan has grown so massive, the horse still walks under him as if hes riding it Its one of the coolest story points int he whole game

Be careful using the horse in boss battles. You cant dodge while on the horse. Dragons are really the only bosses designed to be fought on horseback.
Yea I found that out during the Radahn fight lol. There’s 0 I-frames on horseback
@@TheLegendaryEddyYou get some I-frames when dismounting, but that‘s really it. It‘s only really viable on one boss later in the game, though.
PLEASE TWO HAND THE SWORD
Next video I make the permanent switch to 2 hand lol
Your carrying an item that reduces your health, you need to use it to get rid of the debuff.
Other people have mentioned this lol. I’ve had it since the first time traveling to the you d table lmaoo
@@TheLegendaryEddy you let the lady hold you, she gives you an item just use it and it'll go away lol
Legendary 💪
🔥🔥
He’ll yeaaaah let’s gooooo
I have played throug the game and the dlc,im not very good, used all the summons and all the tricket and upgrades, its fun to watch you play..not much for upgrades and shit, just a bigass sword and even a bigger mouth😂..hardcore💪
Lmao thank you legend! I do use spirit ashes for mobs out in the world but I love fighting bosses 1 on 1.
hmm, i have a feeling this isnt the your first time playing... getting the greatsword so early, recongnizing the omen killer as a capra demon within 1 sec, insanely good all around, not suprised seeing and knowing her questline, , it seems fishy all this
Use rusted anchor
I think I accidentally sold that! Was it a good weapon?
It’s a pretty good weapon if you put cragblade on it and also i just looks funny to just smack bosses with a big anchor.
I feel like you have played before lr know whats going on and is just faking it…
Just a Fromsoft vet loving this game so far, check out my Sekiro playthrough as well!
Banger.
Thanks legend!
